Yes. We offer conscious IV sedation that minimizes pain and discomfort through the use of propofol and sedatives. The patient should not eat or drink for 10 hours prior to the procedure.
Yes. This is required in order to decrease your chance of bleeding complications. You need to obtain permission to stop this medication from the prescribing physician.
